We're looking for an Alternative Therapist to join our team at noma.
As our new and experienced Alternative Therapist, you will provide exceptional holistic care and support to our employees through individual and appropriate alternative therapy treatments.
You will be developing personalized treatment plans tailored to employee’s individual needs, incorporating a variety of alternative therapies such as acupuncture, herbal medicine, reflexology, or other treatments from your experience, with professionalism, compassion, and sensitivity.
Requirements:
- Certification or licensure in a specific alternative therapy discipline (e.g., acupuncture, herbal medicine, reflexology).
- Proven experience as an Alternative Therapist, demonstrating expertise in one or more alternative therapy treatments.
- Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and common health conditions.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards in all interactions.
- Continuous learner with a passion for staying updated on advancements in alternative therapies.
- Any additional certifications, licenses, or training in related fields will be considered a plus.
