About us

Queue-it is a tech scale-up that helps the world’s biggest brands manage their busiest days. Our virtual waiting rooms prevent website crashes and bot abuse to create a smoother, fairer online experience for billions of users.

Queue-it is a place where you can do what you are naturally best at to positively maintain your performance. We’re a diverse team coming from 40+ countries with offices in Denmark, the U.S., and Australia.

About the role

As a Queue-it Business Development Associate, you’ll create quality connections with potential customers. You’ll be the first point of contact for our prospective clients in the Oceania markets, generating business and playing a critical role in Queue-it’s continued growth.

In addition to the Oceania markets, we would also like you to be flexible in helping us expand into other Asian markets. That's why having proficiency in one or more Asian languages would be a plus.

Responsibilities

Create and qualify new sales opportunities. Develop and launch strategic awareness campaigns and engage in discovery calls to create and qualify new leads.

Take full responsibility for researching, prospecting, and reporting for your assigned markets. You will become part of our Business Development Team focusing on the APAC markets and become our market expert for Oceania. You’ll use tailored approaches that match the linguistic, cultural, and business specifics of your region.

Collaborate for growth. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams in our Sydney office (and others!) to create engaging, market-optimized content, convert leads to customers, and reactivate cold accounts.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of/experience with the UKI/Oceania market.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Danish not required).
  • Preferred: Language skills with an additional Asian language especially Korean is a big plus.

We are looking for someone who

Is excited to research, strategize, and communicate with prospects to generate new business.

Has the ability to undertake multiple tasks and projects at the same time with a detail-oriented and structured approach.

Has a collaborative, global mindset and an enthusiasm for new business development and SaaS technology.

Is able to closely connect with our Sydney office through remote means, and there may be times when collaboration across different time zones is required.

Why you'll love working with Queue-it

Continuous learning. You’ll develop the mindset and skills to navigate whatever comes next.

Success as defined by you. We’ll provide the tools and flexibility, so you can make a meaningful impact, your way.

A diverse and inclusive culture. You’ll be embraced for who you are and empowered to use your voice to help others find theirs. In a company with 50+ nationalities, you will be able to enjoy a truly intercultural and inclusive environment.
