You will join Business Finance Denmark

Business Finance delivers business partnering, project controlling and financial project support to all Ramboll’s Markets operating in Denmark. Furthermore, we support our global setup across countries and work close together with our global stakeholders both in Finance and in the Business.

We work in different teams, based on geography, expertise, or internal stakeholders. Our keywords are job-satisfaction, independence, responsibility, and knowledge sharing, which all contribute to the personal development of each individual employee.

Business Finance consists of 75 employees and the majority work in our head office in Copenhagen. You will be part of the Transport market team and report to the manager for team Transport consisting of 14 employees. Your workplace will be Copenhagen.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Support Global and Local Division Directors with monthly closing, reporting validation and Line Management reporting.
  • Support Global and Local Division Directors in business planning, budgeting and forecasting
  • Monitor business result, follow-up, problem-solving and investigation of ad-hoc financial matters
  • Support business cases, scenarios, etc.
  • Utilize your networking skills effectively to work with the local business finance teams to ensure the Divisions are receiving the necessary support.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the Controlling area  
  • Be an active team member in the Danish Business Finance organization

Your Background could be:

  • Finance Business Partner experience from a project-oriented Organization.
  • A relevant master’s degree e.g., Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration, Master of Economics.
  • You have more than 3 years relevant professional experience.
  • English, spoken as well as written, is a prerequisite

Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role including - you are self-driven and take responsibility for the controlling agenda in your area. You have a business focused approach and structure information to meet the needs and understanding for the intended audience. You make rational judgments from the available information and analysis. You establish timely assessment of risk and opportunities and transform these into high quality recommendations or solutions. You are a team player with a positive mindset.
