In Karnov Group Finance we are a small team of 3-4 FTEs working closely together within the core Group Accounting disciplines, but also covering group tax and group treasury matters. We work closely together with the Group FP&A team and the local Finance teams in our efforts to step change how we work and what systems and tools we apply in our work.
Karnov Group is currently counting 26 legal entities. Altogether with the Group FP&A team and the local Finance team we are 15 finance FTEs working in a competent and committed team at Sankt Petri Passage in the very center of Copenhagen.
About the job Passionate about consolidation, IFRS and reporting
You get to use your strong and proven baseline within all the core group accounting disciplines. In collaboration with your colleagues, you take part in the monthly consolidation process from sparring with the local Finance team on accounting matters, monitoring reporting according to deadlines and accounting principles (IFRS), reconciliations and eliminations and ultimately internal and external reporting. In addition to your contribution to the group accounting tasks you will also be able to spearhead a continuous improvement of our consolidation processes and systems (OneStream). Or, if your experience or interest is more within treasury, you will be our driving force within group treasury matters.
About you Self-starting Team player
You put your relevant experience, your structured mindset, your analytical abilities, and your detail-oriented and systematic approach into play on a daily basis when participating and engaging with cross-functional colleagues locally as well as regionally. As you will advise various stakeholders and decision makers in the organization it is important that you have strong communication skills on all levels. Besides the above, you have:
- A Finance Master´s degree within accounting or similar.
- Minimum 5 years of experience from group accounting.
- An ambition for own development and for driving development.
- A positive, optimistic and friendly personality.
