What will you do?
- Preparation of meal ingredients for pizzas and other menu items
- Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
- Effective and safe handling of kitchen equipment and their maintenance
- Catering & service
- Ensure guests have a good experience
- Ensure that kitchen operations run smoothly
- Manage, replenish stock and assist with inventory control
- Effective time management and handover
- Ensure food safety and hygiene protocol
- Flexible to work in all shifts between 04:00 hrs to 23:00 hrs.
Who are you?
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in pizza kitchens
- An excellent team player
- Valid hygiene certification
- Knowledge of food health and safety regulations
- You can peak when it gets busy
- You like to work in a team
- Business proficiency in English
- At least one Scandinavian language is desirable
- You become happy when guests become happy
