About the job
We specialize in providing flexible, high-quality customer support outsourcing solutions with an emphasis on inbound technical support and customer service. Headquartered in Tampa, Florida, with customer contact management centers worldwide, we provide its services through multiple communication channels encompassing phone, e-mail, web, chat, and social media. As a customer support representative, you will:
- Help Huawei consumers with product information, technical support, and other customer-service-oriented questions.
- Answer calls and handle incoming cases via the network.
Required Qualifications
- Native in Danish and Fluent in English
- Positive attitude and a genuine customer service mindset, and friendliness
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and quickly solve the problems
