Operations Coordination & Team Leadership

companies. As our Service Coordinator & Team Leader, you will take ownership of our Deep Cleaning and Move-
Out services, coordinating projects, supporting cleaning teams and ensuring every customer receives an
exceptional experience from start to finish.
This is a hands-on leadership position that combines operational coordination, customer service and
professional Deep Cleaning.
During the first stage of this role, you will spend a significant amount of your working time personally carrying out
Deep Clean and Move-Out cleaning services alongside our cleaning teams. This allows you to develop an in-
depth understanding of our quality standards, customer expectations and working procedures while leading by
example.
Alongside the practical work, you will coordinate bookings, communicate with customers, organise schedules,
support cleaning teams and carry out final quality inspections.
As our Deep Cleaning department continues to grow, your role will gradually transition from hands-on cleaning
towards operations, planning, customer management and team leadership, creating an excellent long-term
career opportunity within Social Facility Group.

Salary
Fixed Monthly Salary + Hourly Rate for Deep Clean Services
Your compensation includes:
• Fixed monthly salary for administration, planning and coordination responsibilities.
• Hourly rate for the Deep Clean services you personally perform.
• Company vehicle.
• Company computer and all necessary work equipment.
As the department continues to grow, your role will naturally evolve from a hands-on operational position into one
focused on planning, customer management, quality assurance and team leadership.
