We are looking for new Shift Managers with experience to join our team at our unique restaurants located in Copenhagen Airport.

You have experience in the hospitality field.

Responsibility 

  • Lead the team through service.
  • Maintain the highest levels of quality according to brand guidelines. 
  • Being a good role model for your team. 
  • Keeping the unit clean and presentable and follow mood setting procedures. 
  • Follow the Guest Journey according to brand guidelines.  
  • Being an active part of the operations team. 
  • Shift manager responsibilities ensuring we reach our goals per shift. 
  • Training of staff and new colleagues.
  • Assisting in the controlling of costs such as labor, goods, and other operating expenses. 
  • Cash Handling. 
  • Upselling and cross selling according to sales mix. 
  • Make beverages and handle the bar. 
  • Be knowledgeable about the full menu, so you can guide the guests to any special needs such as allergies.  
  • Reporting through internal reporting systems at closing shifts. 
  • Follow the KPI’s set by management.
