What will you do?

  • Manage daily operations of the Unit
  • Ensure guests have a good experience, monitor guest feedback and strive towards a great overall dining experience
  • Effectively forecast, plan and manage team members, inventory and financial goals
  • Attract, recruit, train new colleagues and manage the team efficiently
  • Efficiently manage inventory and control costs and wastage
  • Implement strategies to maximize profitability
  • Strategize towards achieving financial goals of the Unit
  • Focus on quality and efficiency
  • Maintain health and safety standards and create and be responsible for a great working environment

Who are you?

  • Proven minimum 2 years of managerial experience in food & beverage
  • You are the type of manager that makes everyone happy: you inspire, motivate and help team members to bring out the best in themselves
  • Working knowledge of various softwares such as MS Office, POS and time & attendance
  • Have an eye for detail and can plan approach accordingly
  • Business proficiency in English
  • Fluency in Danish is desirable
